Terms of Service

Sicarius Pty Ltd · ABN 92 664 916 241 · Effective March 2026

Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or using any services provided by Sicarius Pty Ltd (ABN 92 664 916 241), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Sicarius provides cybersecurity posture management (Beacon), digital forensic investigations, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) services. The specific terms, scope, and deliverables for each engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Beacon platform

Access to the Beacon monitoring platform is subject to a separate subscription agreement. The Baseline Security Assessment fee ($3,500 AUD ex-GST) is payable before onboarding commences and is non-refundable once the assessment has begun. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

Intellectual property

All reports, findings, methodologies, and platform outputs produced by Sicarius remain the intellectual property of Sicarius Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a licence to use reports for their own internal and compliance purposes. Reports may not be resold or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Sicarius provides monitoring and advisory services based on signals and information available at the time of assessment. No monitoring system can guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, threats, or security incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sicarius's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.

No guarantee of security

Engagement with Sicarius and use of the Beacon platform does not guarantee that your organisation will not experience a cyber incident, data breach, or security failure. Sicarius provides evidence of monitoring and controls — not a warranty of protection.

Confidentiality

Sicarius treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, with your consent, or as necessary to deliver the agreed services. Clients are expected to treat Sicarius methodologies, tooling, and non-public pricing as confidential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
